Mahek Provisions provides a grocery delivery service that allows users to order daily essentials and groceries for cash-on-delivery. Product availability, prices, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock.

You must be at least 10 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

• Orders once placed cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.
• Delivery times may vary based on location, traffic, and stock availability.
• Payment is accepted only via Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Mahek Provisions reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without prior notice.

Since payment is made in cash upon delivery, please check your order before accepting it. We do not offer refunds or replacements once the delivery is completed, except in cases of wrong or damaged items at the time of delivery.

• Provide accurate address and contact details.
• Be available at the delivery location during the estimated time.
• Not misuse the App or engage in fraudulent activity.

All content in the App, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Mahek Provisions and protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior permission.

Mahek Provisions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our App or services.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected in this section, and your continued use of the App after updates implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
